Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations: Full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice): You may reschedule your session one (1) time for free with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 rebooking fee. 3. Short-Notice Reschedules & No-Shows: Reschedule requests made on the same day, short-notice prior to your start time, or after your scheduled time has passed are considered no-shows. All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, and a new booking will be required.
